"Dr. Torres, Remarkable website. Great info, love the originality. Fun yet seriously informative with important details that are too often overlooked at many workshops & websites dedicated to airway management.
Looking forward to future posted updates, particulary your comparative perspective on the King Vision Scope video laryngoscopy."

"Dr. Torres' airway training combines a strong knowledge and passion for airway issues with a comforting and supportive learning environment. His method is built on teaching the fundamentals of airway management while encouraging innovation and supervised training with alternative devices. I can truly say that his suggestions and tricks have saved patient's lives when my colleagues could not manage a difficult airway. Dr. Torres' airway training has truly given me the confidence to tube, bougie, or trach past any set of cords that may come my way."Those aren't just pretty words.....I can honestly say that I feel incredibly comfortable with even the ugliest anterior airway. I think about where my trach set is before I pick up my Mac (and sometimes Miller!) and always have my landmarks mapped. so far, so good."

I am a new kid on the Block of airway gurus that exist. I am an educator, but not the best there is. Just one of many. Many schools exist, and you eventually join one of them. No SATs, or ACTs, GREs or MCATs required. Harvard is a good school. Brown and MIT are good as well. Go to anyone of them that you flunk out of, and you will do well in life. Anyone can be a fan of this site and learn, and become a student of this School of Airway. Only flunking that occurs is what happens with you and your patient after learning what you can learn from me and my Mentors(that have been referred to). You will decide which school appeals to you, and you learn the most from. Believe that.
