Ducanto's Caveman grip of the D.L. blade

More than one way to do this correctly possibly for actual patient intubation.

Instead of just using 3 fingers to hold the blade like Rich Levitan suggests, James Ducanto demonstrated on his video on twitter a unique way of holding the blade for intubation.

If I had an ailment that was sustained via injury and was temporary or had a congenital defect and wished to be a highly successful intubator, I would find a way to make up for my handicap to success.

This is my demonstration.
