Despite the above recommendations.

I treat size 4 the same way as I do for King LTSD devices.

Size 4 for those between 5 and 6 feet tall. Most of us are average height in the United States of America.

Size 3 for those between 4 and 5 feet tall.

Size 5 for those over 6 feet tall.

Not sure if I will ever meet a person who would need a size 6. Shaquille O' Neal?

Pediatric sizes to exist from sizes 1, 1.5, 2 and 2.5

I would likely use them based on sizing for regular standard Geometric Lma-like (shaped) devices.

Ease of Use of the Baska Airway Device. Think of it for any rescue oxygenation scenarios. Like Rapid Sequence Airway with RSI medication. Like Failed intubation with DL or VL. Can be the Primary Airway device in patients in cardiac arrest and/or respiratory arrest. Gastric Diversion or Salad (Suction Assisted Laryngeal Airway Decontamination). Think it. Practice it. Rehearse it in failed airway plans when intubating in simulation ideally. If not, Rehearse mentally for airway encounter be it the pre hospital setting, ED, ICU or operating room. Believe me. This product has so much potential. Game-Changer.

Cost. I will look it up for you soon.
