When I can't find a #10 scalpel blade.

Too blunt for my taste, but possible for that neck with great landmarks and needs an emergent F.O.N.A. Front of Neck Access.....stat.

One day I may need to use it. I may not always have a scalpel on me, but when I work I always have my Leatherman Raptor Shears.

10 Blade is still better for now. Next generation Leatherman Raptors maybe will be the solution....
