Pediatric Intubation with Mac as taught by This Airway Teacher
Optimized positioning makes one less uncomfortable in bending over this smaller patient. MAC size 1 exists and works. Maybe even use it as a Miller if you struggle with this omega epiglottis.
See using the Mac blade isn't so bad.
Insert and sweep Simultaneously. Never a hard sweep. Gentle and smooth.
Slow is Smooth.
Smooth is Fast enough.
Hard insertion and sweep makes for likely failure. It's not the blade. It's you who fails the airway.
