Ketamine Sequenced Intubation

This patient experienced after listening to a Reuben Strayer talk about Ketamine at the 2015 All NYC EM conference at NYU Bellevue. Airway reflexes are intact. Remember the North. Remember those airway reflexes are intact like gagging, and bronchospasm is possible if the patient is not paralyzed and will go away once the patient is paralyzed. 

Also realized the limitations of battery powered video laryngoscopy.
